Not familiar with STA, but WKT had a strong SP run in anticipation of ML and the hype by some holders that once ML is received SP will shoot to the moon is a large part of the problem that ppl now wondering why isn't their SP moving? The other unknown for them now is, will there be any delays in completing their RAP...ie will there be a claim made by one of the effected parties and even without a claim, once he RAP terms are finalized, that document must go on public display for review/comments...can't remember how many months that process alone takes.

We dont have those two issues...our RAP is signed off and our SP hasn't moved a bit = our SP move is yet to happen and from looking at our trade history not many are willing to sell at this SP at all
