Why is this thread so focussed on NAIF? DSP is classed by the Federal Government as a significant project. It gets all the benefits of NAIF. Red tape gets cut and infrastructure (100% paid by tax payers, state and federal) happens based on NAIF classification.
All parties (potential contract winners) have to give a tick of confidence when govt. classifies PDS as such.
Its all good as far as I am concerned.
