Given most of the CAPEX in a CIL or CIP plant (cyanide based ) is in the secondary and tertiary crushers and the ball mill not the down stream CIL tanks then the "new technology" must involve not crushing the rock to a P80 of less than 25 mm so maybe some type of heap leach process .
