It's called the "Hot Copper paid ad formation". It's not in charting books, but it should be.
It goes something like this: Paid add at or before the open - price goes up a bit until around 11am - then price drifts - then price gets smashed at around 3pm. It's probably the most reliable formation I know of. Usually works on small stocks on very low volume.
Still worth keeping this one in the sock draw though. You only need a few of them to come good to make $$. Vanadium is up quite a bit since the tenement was abandoned. There could be money in it. The AVZ tenement was effectively abandoned by someone else - and now it's the biggest hard rock Li deposit in the world. We could get lucky on this one.
