Why? What difference does it make?
The RC rig was in Lubumbashi 600 km away. I doubt anyone is going to move anything 600km without a substantial payment up front....IMO.
The dd rig is being bought in early to avoid the weather.....again no one will do that for free.....
As I said I expect the higher spend is upfront payments for drilling, not necessarily all monies due, as it's the only thing that is fluid....unlike wages etc. DB
