I found the presentation an excellent read with great summary overall.
What really is exciting in my opinion is the performance criteria involved.
Nothing is worse in my opinion then only "share price" related performance milestones that can invite a P&D.
In an age of ASX directors rewarding themselves and consultants with virtual freebees, I think the below performance share milestones are very exciting for shareholders to look forward to in my opinion
