@pohutukawa, the hurdles quoted by @RBx are impressive. The first two hurdles, not listed by @RBx, being a listing on ASX and a listing on NASDAQ, are not so high but will attract the issue of 110,000 warrants each too. Just in case neither occurs, the CEO has a $US200,000 annual salary plus 9.5% superannuation. On todays exchange rate, the combination of those two things represents 7.5% of the $AU4 million raised earlier this year.
