Not sure why you think that there will be dividend fireworks any time soon.
Probably one of the most debt-averse companies around has just on-boarded the better part of $1.5bn in borrowings.
You can be assured that just about every dollar of surplus capital that gets generated by the enlarged company over the next few years will be allocated to getting the banks off its back.
