Without having had a detailed look into the new acquisition, this one looks like a typical NST purchase which proofed to be so successful in the past. Good location, low AISC and a lot of potential to increase production/reserves. Of course NST has to show they can work the "miracles" they did in the past once again, but i am confident they will do exactly this.
IMHO management took advantage of the recent low POG environment and once again invested anti cyclical, which is exactly the way smart investors act.
Still keeping a pile of cash, dilution is reasonable and at a surprising low discount to the share price. So overall well done NST.
Looking forward to the next quarterlies here, as it stands we are clearly headed to break the 1 MOZ/year barrier in the not too distant future. ;-)
