Well I expected it to be fencing - but yeah, this is the "hey we're starting site prep" announcement I was waiting for. So, this firms up the view that the current play is to get the quotes from all the contractors, get the money locked in and start the proper building in 2019.
The NSK deal, while quite brilliant, really did slow things down. I think that was reasonable given the complexities.
In my circumstances, I remain a "hold" with a view to buying the dips with fresh cash (no margin) - assuming I'm able to build up other parts of my portfolio first (I'm stupidly overweight SFG currently).
If I had to guess, I'd say that the big investors will come in when the finance is locked and construction starts.
