QFX were expected to put their hand out in 2008, but now? I wonder why its doing it so soon on the back of a major shareholder doing the same thing?
DES is entitled to $980,000 worth of QFX, should it accept.
As for the trading halt, one can only speculate.
With "Opes Prime" rattling the market, lets hope its not a protective move ie GBG. Perhaps Management have a trump card to play to ensure the sucess of the Rights Issue. Coincidently the offer document is lodged with the ASX the same day as the trading halt expires :-)
After all the effort I've put in on my due dillegence, I hope its not a takeover, a very real concern for me.
Anyway we will all know on April 2.
