Improvement in R&D and externalizing some game design outside of the company is good idea.
Microsoft and playstation doesn't make all their own games. So why should AGI. Adding to the mix is good.
In terms of reduction in sales staff not sure why they are doing this but maybe investing for in after sales service more important to long term sales.
2.5 cent divi is good.
Might be last chance for Novomatic to buy cheap.
