Advice from Maurice Blackburn was that class action would not be feasible. Not sure for what reason but apparently that is what they said. Maybe I'll chase them up.
Though, CCE must be handing by a shoestring. If EMC gets voted down I cant see how they can keep going. If a class action was taken then I don't see how it could survive. Perhaps a vested interest for shareholders for no class action.
I would still like to see some kind of action against management.
