As predicted by most LTer's here, options dead and buried and SP back to where we thought. One would think if they had something remotely positive to report in regards to the progress of Cuba negotiations we'd have seen it by now. SP needed to stabilise at mid 2's for options to come into play, had their opportunity but blew it. CR could very well be the next move IMO.
