android, do you mean further separate litigation proceedings relating to the deal itself?
its been close to 12 months since the judgement, and a lot has been thrashed out in singapore, plenty of time wasting tactics by the defendants, and usually a court will tolerate only so much of that before pressing on with a verdict on the committal proceedings and the breaches of court orders and court imposed deadlines.
contempt of court is a serious matter, and xstate is entitled to and should pursue bankruptcy against the remaining 2 defendants following any ruling.
the losses awarded to xstate are not in any way fictitious, they were properly assessed and never questioned. but the question remains as to how long these enforcement processes will continue
"Whilst these deliberate delays on the part of the defendants are disappointing, they weren’t unexpected and the Company is well prepared to deal with any matters raised."
i think all shareholders are absolutely resolute in seeing an outcome is made on this matter
