I think Bayan’s involvement is a positive in terms of progressing towards production and maybe profitability but the big question is do the shares, fully diluted, represent (or will they represent) value for money? Early days but comparing it to similar companies like rockets OMH I see it as unlikely. The reasons being they are heavily diluted, exist in a heavily regulated environment, with a requirement for the local interest to eventually own 51%. There’s still some juice in it but it’ll take s good squeeze to get a lot more out of it
