Remembering the Co wash net cash ~45m, had a buy-back in place and from memory was starting to get some margin improvement from existing operations prior to the takover debacle and then they paid massively for the acquisitions (on average 6.7x EBITDA ) -
- Loss from continuing operations ($11,056m) from a 1.7m profit the year before
- EPS (there are none cause it's negative 1.38cps)
-Enlitic written off ~14.5m
-Goodwill from Acquisitions increased $21.37m ie this is the amount of CASH spent on dilutive earnings over and above the value of the businesses acquired
- cash down by $6m to 12.1m
I could go on but I am too upset.....
