So why was Arsenaljuventus suspended?

What was the article that he wrote that got him into trouble? Anyone here saved it by any chance? Did he target the management again or something?

As far as I can see his posts were spot on.

I remember that the finance was first predicted to be done in March 07. Its now March 08. Surely management must have an update on the finance

If there are other issues such as a restructuring plan... surely this must be disclosed to the market and all the shareholders.
