my crystal ball seemed to have been on the money... thought a CR was needed soon... though this is good news to have the funds sorted, the problem with any CR is the price usually falls back to the CR price... Im expected a pull back to 1.6-1.7 now, then some strong news for a re-rate... you have to realize the dilution is large, especially if the options are in the money, also the MArket Cap is still the value big investors value the coy at, so again the dilution has to stay in play... GMC is progressing perfectly IMO, has taken some serious hurdles to get to this point... I could be wrong and it sill holds the 2's, some strong buy side showing... dont be dismayed however if we hit the 1.7-1.8 today, it will probably bounce of it hard...
