My concern is that to reach the profit of apx NZ$80,000, 2 million of cash was burnt, more concerning is that without the "Breaches of distributor agreements" payment of apx NZ$700,000 (see note 5) the company would have lost heavily. Perhaps someone can explain this "Breaches of distributor agreements" payments, not sure such payments are regular occurrences that can be expected to boost the number out of the red and into the black.
