Shareholders should be livid looking at this announcement. . . The amount of shares that Mr. Gallagher owns (or has rights to) is obscene.
Have to remember there has not been a dividend payment since 2016 and now a 5 cent divided after spending over a billion dollars in shareholders cash.
This board needs to be hung drawn and quartered. . . But shareholders will just take another one on the chin and probably give him another 500000 performance rights this year.
