I disagree. You should be worried when your penny stock needs to spend its limited funds on advertising to prop up the share price. Advertising will only provide a short term bump. In the long term, companies or ideas that have real potential will get free PR.
Tmt is still in its infancy. Can't expect it to double every few months without a retrace.
