No Mr. Pharma, I did not mean that. What I meant is those with experience, who have gone through the pain of operating a cash strived company and turn it into cash positive company by identifying fats and remove them, renegotiating contracts, payment terms for materials, going after receivables etc. I have gone through this pain during the several economic crisis, the latest was 2008 economic crisis. One of the most effective method I have used before is to involve the company staff. I will call a meeting with all managers and department heads and inform them of the situation we are in and brainstorm ways we can wither the storm. We come up with an action list and we go after each item. Very simple approach but extremely effective. By involving almost every body, we get total alignment amongst staff of the way forward.

By the way, don't understand the millennials. The world will soon be ruled by them
