With all due respect you really need to go back to the drawing board. If you have been 'comparing' U308 stocks and your results narrowed it down between BMN or DYL there is something wrong with the way you are researching or interpreting information.
It seems to me you have chosen BMN due to its SP, and the probability that it won't fall too much ... meaning you won't lose much if BMN did fall compared to other U308 stocks with higher SP's.
A rising spot will lift all boats, however a rising spot doesn't mean everyone will be producing or even have/get the funds to produce.
And just in case you ask, the only reason why I hold BMN is due to it being a small parcel ... after making gains elsewhere and I am slowly selling BMN.
