Im surprised that underwriters, convertible loan and directors wages in shares with this kind of prospectus. I wonder underwriters helping out the original lender to get money back before leaving this company on its own. I have to make this a very good lesson for me to be more diligent in my research before buying into companies in small cap market.
Try and forget about it this weekend. Switch off.
