Garlick doesn't appear to own any shares in Fox either but appears to be in charge of 40% of Fox which could be a Australian pensioners fund operated by a Wanda Lee Clarke through PKF lawyers Sydney who's fiancée is reportedly * born and bred in Karratha otherwise known as Micky Manynames the man who started the Pilbarra gold rush and Streeter owns about 20% of Fox
Realise the commodity prices had crashed after acquiring and spending lots of money on Radio hill processsing plant in Karratha back then but I'm wondering who led Fox down the garden path in the Bundaberg coaking coal deal running them out of cash.
Let's hope Bundaberg works out okay with all the dept still owed to Streeter and only 5.1M ARV shares left out 13M from the original 28M after loosing Radio hill and its tennaments due to acquiring debt and waisting money chasing more base metals on PLS tenements when they were in there infancy at three cents.
