Who knows the true value... It's over $1b at long term $1500 (and contracts are higher than that now) and all signs are pointing to the price rising further.
There is a dearth of decent grade mineral sands mines of scale and SFX look like they are perched right on some of the highest grade and biggest deposits in the world (quite apart from Thunderbird). Overlay that with declining grades and worker discontent in current producers.
SFX is an unsexy diamond in the rough.

Management haven't been sitting on their hands during the negotiations and I expect they will continue to secure offtakes and organise finance/JV in the coming months.
