Re response time from Tradeview yes it is normally 1-2 days. Early on I had a couple of responses that took 2 days, but in the last couple of months its been pretty consistently by the next day and sometimes the same day. Did you click the ask for help button on the EA that you have an issue with? That should generate an automatic email from that that the request has been logged. I wouldn't be shy to call them on their main number (remember, they are not shy in calling you to chase something up) - you won't get the same person each time but just tell them you're following up on a support request and were wondering where its at - they will put you through to the tech support person.
