Agree and ASIC cannot ring the BOTS so the controllers of them get away with it. Maybe ASIC could challenge ASX which allows this BS like ComSec did to you. Regardless you should be able to break a trade up into whatever parcels you wish so because ComSec knew who you were, as trades are supposed to be anonymous, they probably had their own rules. Interesting to know if this is true as it has not happened to me on NAB but it may also be related to the small size. I wonder if you did four 10,000 share lots worth $10,000.00 each if they would stop you. Probably not.
