    I believe there is a price cap in WA. So wont bother WA govt. STO managed to put away 1 billion in cash over the last 12 months to fund this aquisition so thats a real bonus for share holders. To borrow 1.2 billion to get the deal done is peanuts. Personally I LOVE IT.......ONYA BIG KEV.............SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!
