Anecdotes are anecdotes. I would be flabbergasted if a FLT agent charged me to correct their own mistake. Why would ANY customer use them twice, if that was their experience???
I have used them on many trips (and I've been on many) and have never had such an experience. In fact, on the odd occasion that I have been in a pickle OS, they have helped me out free of charge.
Every anecdote has a counter anecdote.
Nevertheless, I expect management to give the matter serious attention.
