Its a big deal and I think the common synergies in the production areas will be where the value lies when they combine their footprint. Reduction in staff numbers … removal of duplication will also provide added value but overall I think its a huge $$$ deal, fully valued.
More debt for sure but can be easily managed with increased cashflow. A rising oil price will help the metrics for sure.
