You don’t necessarily need to buy the land, you just need to negotiate enduring access rights.
How quickly access rights over extra land can be secured will be an indication of how strongly the town and Canton are behind the company. Any breakthrough, even on land access agreements would be a positive result as they are precursors to having the existing concession expanded or new concessions granted.
A land access agreement announcement would be a good development at this stage. Esh
