Finance will only come after EPA and BFS. The crew is working on finalising the details and PR has already begun through RSS / Analyst Reports / Diggers. Just a whiff of finance will see VXR re-rate.

Also, getting this into production is not the only way for shareholders to realise value. A sale or partial sale could also make it rain. Chairman, Directors and BB all have heaps of shares and are looking forward to their 50 cents or dollar. All in my opinion only.
