I think apart from the leverage and valuation questions, some faith has been lost in the honesty and competence of management. Some articles in the Australian and Sydney Morning Herald recently have made some good points about disclosure etc.

Can't afford to have shady management in the present climate.

Who knows, it might get turned around....and it might not. I know I sleep better after getting rid of my shares.
