9 times out of 10, a stock will move within Technical patterns.
Todays move from the open was actually predictable and tradable. Its just near on impossible to watch and closely trade more than one stock at a time if you are trying to time ins and outs.
To trade any stock this way, you need the chart on one screen and be ready on the market depth and trade screen as well.
I could do it if I had super steriods for muscles on my eyeballs watching screens all day.
