That may not be as silly as it sounds Harvett, I reckon there could be two ways that NOX could get something that is patent able with their older drug?
One way could be that they go to Heaton Brown and ask them to make the older drug into a superbenzoporan instead of a simple benzoporan, OR and this is the interesting one, maybe they can use a drug called TPM (Phosphagenics) and mix it with with their own expired patented drug they have now, I believe that could reset the patent?
