I also bought some more today, but admit to a small case of nerves about the lack of interest from the general market in this stock. It's hard to believe that people in general are so stupid as to miss an opportunity to buy on a > 30% yield and the prospect of some capital appreciation with little risk. What am I missing? I have passed my opinions on to my 84 year-old father who has been investing in property trusts for 25 years in the hope that he can shed some light on things after reading through all the announcements etc. If he comes up with some interesting views I will post here in due course.
