Yes, I guess they'll use bamboo for the reinforcement and make it 50 mm thick. It isn't your local McDonalds car park, if you plan to drive 10 tonne trucks and use caterpillar loaders on driveways and ore storage areas it will cost every bit of $1 million. So, another 100 million shares for concrete and rebar. If you were doing it in Australia it would cost double/triple at least. I'm afraid that bamboo doesn't make good reinforcement in concrete, nor does cutting back on the cement ratio.
