It isn't your local McDonalds car park, if you plan to drive 10 tonne trucks and use caterpillar loaders on driveways and ore storage areas it will cost every bit of $1 million. So, another 100 million shares for concrete and rebar. If you were doing it in Australia it would cost double/triple at least. I'm afraid that bamboo doesn't make good reinforcement in concrete, nor does cutting back on the cement ratio.
