How do you know it’s even to put against the build?
It could be for a mine they’ve completed D/Diligence on, it could be for further D/Diligence on other mine prospects, it could be to buy an additional power plant...
At a discount rate, this isn’t a bad thing, when they could have done this 5 weeks again when the share price was 1c, there is more to this than meets the eye, mark my words...
