zongo, as I understand it, if a t/o is confirmed & voted in by holders & time set for the sale & you decide to hold. You will be offered shares in the predator company if you choose to stay. As was the deal with PIR for holders. Not my plan that's for sure! In this scenario, if you sell out @ the top of trading (just before sale date when all bets are off) then, you take your money & run! Altrnative, as I said is to have your WAF shares rolled over to match $ worth of predator company. With PIR it was B2GOLD. That was my point.
If WAF does stand against a t/o (holders vote no *Sophs/Insto's/Top 20 will have the last say in that) then, I'm staying put! Cheers
