Thanks for doing the research, I read through the copied section and it looks good for companies that are competitive as customers wont be so tied down.
With LPEs competitive position it should be positive for them when customers can make choices. The last investor presentation has a good section on LPEs competitive edge, from a customers point of view it looks like a no brainer to switch if you can.
