Not sure what you mean by justice system. The Singapore court accepted the Australian damages claim. So it's enforcement period is 6 years. But 8 would expect now after 12 months the conclusion is that the lack of disclosures is being followed up on and imho the focus will move rapidly to bankruptcy if no assets are discovered.. I am guessing thr lack of success so far indicates imminent bankruptcies..
