Lindo the MOU has already been signed...... the memorandum of understanding was what was announced earlier this month. What we're waiting for is a binding agreement. And I'm not sure what you mean when you say management have no idea how bad things are. Firstly one would have thought management is the ONLY people who knows how bad things are,if things really are bad, given they have all the numbers, reports, data, etc. Secondly I wasn't under the impression things were bad at all, with the australian centres still spitting out cash.
