Have you got a large holding? or can you rally other retail holders? I live in Perth and would be happy to meet on an anonymous basis when the time comes if you think you have the ability to rustle up support.
As I said I can bring the numbers to Richard if he wants/needs them. It would be up to him and the other directors. If they recommended acceptance, it’s more or less a lost cause so not worth the bother. If they need us we should and can rally behind him. Esh
