@Nickbillfish I couldn't give a rats @#s about WKT - it's a second rate dirt digger with very limited prospects imo.
If you did actually hold Magnis, you should know that the company already holds not just a mining licence, but an SML (Special Mining License) under its subsidiary Uranex.(1)
Additionally:
The SEZ Developers licence and the EPZ Developers Licence have been issued and received by MTT (another Magnis subsidiary). The EPZ Operators Licence will be issued once the EPZ infrastructure has been developed as per the EPZ legislation.(2)
WKT is so far behind Magnis, if I were you, I would be embarrassed at even trying to compare the two. Imo, the only relationship is that Magnis has laid out a clear path for WKT to follow, as MNS have done for most graphite hopefuls, especially those operating in Tanzania.
