One aspect of the CEO's role is to create Shareholder wealth , the stock price has performed terribly for much of the time under the CEO , which has been over 12 years. Why are you so against change ? . I am sure with Cellmid's resources and with additional quality added to Cellmid team , Non Executive Directors Dr Martin Cross and Mr Dennis Eck a new CEO can be found . Dr Martin Cross may be a choice if he is interested . A new CEO , male or female could really reinvigorate Cellmid .
