Good question. I think that it is because it is not well known and the float was not very well managed. I have spoken with Caigen (the MD) and he not one of the usual mine-the-market crowd. He is 100% invested in TIE and runs the company on the smell of an oily rag. There is a huge amount of drilling going on and the ground looks very promising given the level of artesian mining.
I think the market is really underestimating the significance of Dr Fu. His team is swarming all over TIE's ground and what they find will flow back to the TIE drill teams. While exploration is always a gamble, at the current SP the odds looked stacked in the favour of any new investor.
