for some perspective, all of the currently list options are in the money, and when they are exercised it will raise $3,223,625.02.
so how much do management want/need to raise to put the company is a really good position to carry them through to bfs and 30mt proven reserves? if this cr brings in $5m then they will have $10m in the kitty, and that will see them along way towards their goal - if they are smart with the money and don't let greed go their heads with inflated pay packets etc.
