would not want to be mccaulay presiding over this, or his spouse.
the pressure on his head would be so massive it will be giving huge health problems right now. the pushing from both sides. one is the gov wanting it in the dustbin and the other is to be honourable and pay the claim of loss and rights. The outcome either way is bigger than ben hur.
The gov wins and shareholders suffer.
the company wins and the taxpayers suffer.
It is easier not to hand down verdict for now.
He is asking why the universe chose him to deliberate this case.
This will affect him. He will require stress leave post judgement day without doubt.
